Delete your account
You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.
In the app
Open Settings (tap your initials on Today), scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
On the web
Sign in, open Settings, and use Delete account at the bottom of the page.
Without signing in
Email privacy@getnetworker.app from the address you sign in with, asking us to delete your account. We confirm it is you and delete it within 30 days, usually within two working days.
What is deleted
Your account, your cards and card photos, your events, every contact and note, card activity, follow-up history and the notification addresses of your phones. Nothing is kept, apart from what we must keep by law (we do not expect to keep anything). Backups roll over within 30 days. Export your contacts first from Settings if you want to keep them.
If you only shared your details on someone’s card
You do not have an account. Use the deletion link on the confirmation page you saw, or see deleting what you shared.
